Passaic River 7/2
Little late report, but I was waiting on the pics. Same day I went to monksville I hit the river for an hour (1 spot). Got 1 small pike and had to work for it. Followed me in twice but wouldn't bite before diving back down. Since I just left the bait shop I tossed a shiner at em and he was on before I reeled in the slack.....
After that I hit the rapids for some smallies. Caught a handfull of little guys. The one in the pic was followed by TWO other smallies! One looked pretty big but wouldn't hit on later casts.
