Question South Branch north of Califon

I rode along Rt 513 this morning north of Calfon. The South Branch is in great shape, a little low but not bad. It looks like a lot of this stream is posted Is there any public access to the stream along here? Not looking for any one to burn their spots. Would just like some general information.

People dont own the river,if you wade the river youll find some virgin water that holds nice fish. The south branch is my favorite river, take a day to do some exploring.

moving waters are the state's, but isn't it something like you can own the land that's under the river? so you can't wade through it, but if you floated it would be legal?
