Default Looking for info on the Shad Run in the D, How far up?

I would love to give the shad a shot in the next couple of days. Anybody know their progress up the river?

I live not to far from Easton area & when I crossed the river Monday ,high & stained with the contiuned rain we had I look for it to stay up for awhile.
I have not seen any boats Shad fishing in easton bridge area but I'm sure the fish are there in the northern sections just water is high. It could have receded somewhat since Monday however it was quite high & discolored, maybe by the weekend, but rain predidcted again ,looks like next week but you never know.

The only commercial shad fishery left on the Delaware is the Lewis Fishery in Lambertville. They reported today that they have not fished in a few days due to high water. Water has to drop another foot before they can even try.
