Default Thursday at the musky and fri Beaverkill river

Had a few days off from work so decided to hit the Musky on thurs got there reall early!! Fished below saxton falls dam worked my butt off and only managed one Brook stockie on a Panther martin. Decided to jump in the car and travel to point mt road and hit the river in that spot only managed one more brookie before calling it a day!!!!!!

Friday took my first of a few trips to the Beaverkill with Uncle Norm!! Froze my marbels off as the temp of the river was a low 42 degrees and not a nibble... Still would have been a great trip if I didnt lose about a dozen of my spinners trying to ride the bottom of the river... Oh well thats part of the game...

Thumbs up Re: Thursday at the musky and fri Beaverkill river

Thanx for checking in. Gonna be up in Deposit and Hancock again April 21-23 God's country up there. Was up there last week and got a few, worked my butt off for them, and it was snowing in Binghamton !!

I think when the water comes up a bit (temps) it's gonna really get going.
