Take 2 Nice Fillets,sear For A Couple Minutes Each Side,break Up With Fork ,take All Fish ,season With Salt N Pepper ,italian Seasoning.buy 2 Boxes Of Potato Pancake Mix With Or Without Veggies ,make It In A Big Bowl [read Directions].take All Fish And Dump In Potato Pancake Mix,stir With Hands.buy Some Non Stick Alum Foil,proceed To Make Your Pattys .2 Per Pack In Foil,freeze Over Night.when Your Ready For A Cake Take Out A Pack Dip In Egg Then In Bread Crumbs And Deep Fry..unbaaaaleavaaable....enjoy
