PROWLER5 - WED., OCT. 30TH - GOOD NEWS - NEW BATCH OF STRIPED BASS CLOSE TO OUR DOCK

Hey gang, it was the complete opposite of yesterday with the ocean. It was beautiful. Good news, a new batch of striped bass moved into our area with a mix of slot fish 24 - 28 inches and keepers 28 to 31 inches. With some big ones also. I noticed that yesterday on the way in a lot of bait moved into the area. Out of the 16 people that we have today, we were able to keep 11 for dinner. We had good shots at fish this morning with the birds and fish rolling. Then, when it petered out towards late morning, we used our speed and flew out to where we've been catching the big trophy fish and landed some beauties. And Ben did it again. He won the pool at the very end of the day with a 31 inch striper. It sure was a fun day for the customers on our boat today. Looking forward to getting back out again tomorrow. So come on down and join us and get in on the action. Today the fish were caught on shads and jigs. With this great fishing, we've been sailing every day.
