![]() This guy puts out some interesting videos. Was wondering if anyone else on here keeps up with his stuff? Only recently has he begun to sell directly tackle that he says can improve your fluke fishing. Any thoughts on 'Cooking and Fishing' the name of his channel?

![]() Roger is the humble authority on all things cooking & fluking,,,, be it saltwater, freshwater, kayaking or land-based. After 10 seasons I'm still using one of his reels that I bought on this site. His YouTube channel is a favorite, His fish prep videos are gr8, easy to follow. His 1:1 shore based sessions are popular. Please subscribe to his channel, you'll be glad u did....

![]() I have also been following roger for years along with his cousin mark. He is also a highly qualified chef who as the name says techiques to catch and then how to prepare it in the kitchen. He also reviews equipment in a very detailed way.

![]() Haha thanks for the kind words guys!
June - I don't want to oversell the blades - they are situational and something you can play around with when the water is dirty or when the baitfish are thick. |

![]() Roger is a jetti at the fluke game. And his freshwater bass skills are even better.
Not sold on the 6 inch white jerk shad though. I have used his method with other jerk shads and had phenomenal success. Not so much with white 6 inch jerk shads. 5 inch white mullet in the late summer early fall has produced epic results. He keeps telling me my white jerk shad day will come - we shall see. Kudos Roger Tight lines ! |
