Default Delaware/Maryland Tog Question

I am tog fishing in Delaware in a couple of weeks on a 6 pack. I was thinking of staying an extra day and fishing a head boat in Delaware or Maryland. Does anyone know of any boats that tog fish this time of year in either State? TIA!
