GAMBLER 1/2 Day Fluke and Nite Wreckin' Reports
Our Saturday morning trips was tough with a hard Northwester. The afternoon trip was a little better with a few keeper fluke and sea bass.
Before the weekend was showing better fluke action all the time with some limit catches of fluke up to 5lbs. Yesterday (Sunday PM) was good-old-fashion fluke action in shallower water. Plenty of action with some nice keepers being netted. It seemed like the jiggers and the bait draggers did equally well yesterday afternoon. It will be interesting to see how the slot and over 18 works-out. Our Nite Wreckin' trip on Friday was okay on keeper sea bass and ling but Saturday night was just tough fishing with the hard wind.
