GAMBLER --Offshore Sea Bass Report and Room on our Next Trip
The Gambler had a good catch of sea bass and porgies last week. We had to work for it, the guys would get a good shot of big bass quick, but then it would turn into smaller bass and big porgies. Make a shift and we'd get another good blast of jumbos --it would last for twenty mins and then we'd need to shift or hit another spot. It took all day but most guys had their limit plus big porgies.
Besides the sea bass and porgies, we caught some blues, ling, pollock, a big weakfish, some pinfish and a 8lb fluke that we had to throw back  Great trip with a great group of guys and great weather. What more could you ask for. We still have 10 spots open on our next offshore sea bass trip, which leaves on Tues night the 30th. We are only taking 35 customers on these trips, so there is plenty of room. Sign-up online or call 732-295-7569
