1st keeper Flukes of the season. 3/23
Couldn’t get out yesterday but managed to squeeze in an afternoon trip today. Some areas are absolutely paved with the flatfish. I only jig and had action from the very start. Of course there were shorts but if you were patient and weeded through them you eventually got rewarded. Managed to crack 2 keepers by the time the tide was all the in. Biggest fish went 20.5 and the other was 18. Plenty of short action and 17.5 inch fish. Single jig and some Gulp is the ticket for me fishing off the docks, walls and inlets. TIGHT LINEZ!!
