Thumbs up Mexican Cod

Saw this one on TV, gave it a try and it was great:

Lay Cod fillets in baking dish covering bottom so they are touching

Layer on Salsa (you pick Mild, Medium, Hot)

Layer on Shredded Cedar Cheese

Crush up Corn Tortilla Chips and layer on

Bake in pre-heated oven until cheese thoroughly melted

It was Great.....

Added a side of Stewed Tomatos and Homemade Mac and Cheese and it was a meal fit for a king

Excellent recipe... made a tray with Tog & it came out terrific.

Need to get out and catch more fish so I can make some more!

I do this with striper fillets, easier than making striper fish cakes!
