Mad Gaffer blackfish report Thurs. dec.10

We had a slow start, but in the afternoon it was much improved we had one limit, another guy with three or four, and some twos and ones around the boat. We cut all these fish, and we found them all full of sand eels , I wrote here before that I believed it that was the biggest problem with the fishing, I think these fish are chasing sand eels , Because of the abundance of them, and I believe quite a few of these fish are not on the spots where we usually catch them . They are off chasing bait. Hopefully this changes when the water gets colder and the eels disappear . Every day that we’ve cut these fish open we found sand eels In them, that kind of bares out what I’m saying. But the fishing was improved.
