Default 09/10 Fluke, rinse and repeat

Yet another duplicate Fluke trip on that infamous boat. Great crew again including: Myself, Two guys rod Mike, Glenn (the reaper) , GW , Ryan Smith, Mike D Rich, Juan, John and John Jr and ROCK star ROCKY.

Got off to a wet start with some life but wasnt what Capt was looking for so we took a long steam south hitting some spots along the way. Skies dried up , water laid down and water was super clean.
All had some better life until we hit the mother lode at the last few spots. Full Boat limit of nice fish up to 8lbs.
Ryan HH with 9k (orl) . GW was suspiciously quiet all day but boated a double limit (ORL) Congrats Juan on your PB , Rocky was constantly hooked up and we all had at least our 3k and then some. Played CR with another dozen or so.

All in all another great trip , lots of BB and laughs for sure. Great Fluke season so far, hoping for another shot before its over but freezer is packed !

Nice looking presentation. Can you share how you battered the fluke and cooked it?

Thanks

Great trip guys. Can't say enough about the operation Jerry runs and the job Shawn does to accommodate the charter. Apologies if I have your name spelled incorrectly.

Rocky, your meal shots are amazing! Glad you had a good day. Juan congrats on PB, some real quality fish caught under less than ideal conditions. Monsoons to start the day but as always Jerry was able to pull a rabbit out of his hat.

Dave even though I wasn't on board, thanks for putting these trips together, your efforts are much appreciated.

Nothing special here cooking wise and not battered. (even dales529 could do it.) I dry the fillet off, dredged it in a seasoned flour, and then place it in a hot pan with butter and oil.....simple.

Here is a pic of the flour that I used.
