Aurther Kill 6/24/20:
24 June 1100 hrs. That is raw sewage upwelling from the CSO at the end of Fayette Street. It hasn't rained in days, Perth Amboy is dumping raw crap into the Arthur Kill again.

If the Baykeeper witnessed this illegal discharge of untreated sewage, they would have notified NJDEP.
If you witness a similar illegal discharge, you can report it yourself @ 1-877-WARNDEP. This is their environmental reporting Hotline. NJDEP will assign a field representative to investigate and take appropriate action.
