Places to Catch Tog from the Shore
Where are some spots where you catch tog from the shore? Looking in the Bayshore area, Keyport to Sea Bright.

VERY short fishing window, but there are some under the Highlands bridge when the tide slows and stops.. If you try it with the tide running hard, you will be snagged every cast.. its getting a bit late for them there I think, October is better.
In the Bayshore to Sea Bright area there's not much tog fishing from shore.. The Ammo Pier is loaded with them, but its off limits to most people unless you are ex military, and even then they don't want you out there really... bob
