Small family with great references looking for 3 Bedroom, or 2 Large bedrooms, 7 day rental 3rd or 4th week July, or 1st week August, consider 5 day, prefer 7 days.

Prefer 1.5 blocks to beach max. (walking distance with small kids) A pool would be a great bonus but not a must.

We are pretty quiet, no partying type people, would prefer same in the place/area. Would prefer North WW.

We rented from the same people in the Crest for over 10+ years, but they sold and moved to FLA.
We are a clean, no pet, family, 3 adults, (all over 30) 3 small girls (my granddaughters, this is PAP PAP posting lol)

We are hoping to find our new place that we would rent every year, one week min.
Our first choice would be 3rd or 4th week in July, or first week in August at latest.
Again we have excellent rental references available over 10+ yrs and are looking for our new shore week place.
