Over the past several days aboard the Down Deep Bull we ran many more am & pm Striped Bass trips for many new and returning guys. Friday saw continued good fishing. Saturday morning we took our first donut of the season. Saturday afternoon rebounded with what should have been everyone getting what they came for, instead only got half due to angler mishap. If the captain and crew are fishing daily, we ask that you take our advice on “how to”. But sometimes the fish win. Sunday saw continued improvement and everyone got what they came for. There are still plenty of Striped Bass to be had, granted on some days they are finicky. The big girls are in our range now and we will be offering those hungry ladies what they want. Check our open boat schedules as we now mix it up daily. Special Seabass trips sailing daily at 5:30 am and Jumbo Fluke trips will begin this Sunday at 6 am.
