Default Is your rod falling apart? The truth be known!

Hey Skipper, what's going on here? I see some of these import, dare I say Chinese rods that cost big bucks, and they have those "skinny guides" that always BREAK? And the EPOXY JOB???? What did they do? run out of epoxy?
You're right! and a few of the U.S. made rod MFGRS. do the same thing. Outdated guides, outdated craftsmanship. One thing for sure, one or two seasons you are having something fixed or buying another rod!
Hey Skipper, since when do rods have those grips that look like they belong on a rod for a 5 year old, 2", 3", 4" WHAT WERE THEY THINKING ABOUT???? Where are you supposed to put your hands?
Cant imagine. The grips and handles are a JOKE on their best day.
How long do these rods last?
They don't last. In fact the boys at FISH POISON spend a lot of time fixing them. Yes sirree, if the guides and tips are breaking off your Chinese rod, and other popular rods, go see the guys at FISH POISON rods, they know how to fix them.
but what about the handles that JUST DONT WORK?
SORRY, they cant be fixed!
