We fished inshore of the mud hole today and things started off slow, just picking on a couple of drifts. There was a lull mid-morning, but then the action picked up as the day went on. There were excellent readings in the deeper water today, and we were able to hold up to 5 or 6 fish on at a time. Ava 27's and 47's both worked well to pull in these 2-6 lb. blues. Fernando Martinez from Philadelphia won today's pool. Sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. for blues, bonito, albacore and mahi, and then for the stripers when they come in. The Miss Belmar Princess is the largest, fastest and cleanest fishing boat in Belmar. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it. No other boat comes close. Try us and you'll see why. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
