Chum Question
Hi All. I am new to this board (1st time posting) & new to fishing in Jersey after fishing in South Florida for many years. I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of Chum Cloud and if so have you ever used it while fishing from land such as jetties, surf, etc. Also wondering if anyone has ever soaked their baits in menhaden oil

What is a chum cloud? And yes i have heard of people soaking their bait in menhaden oil.
