Canyon Runner NY Seminar - ONLY 10 TICKETS LEFT!
February 24, 2018 - Huntington Hilton, Melville - Long Island ****************************** Almost - Epic Giant Tuna Fishing + Yellowfins 5+ Giants Hooked Many Days Best Week Thus Far Last Two Days Saw Nice Fish Eat the Dart ****************************** Free Giant Trip For Military Folks to be Announced Next Week Watch Out for For It in Another Post! ******************************* But First............. Capt. Deane Lambros' has had a great week down in Oregon Inlet, NC thus far on big bluefins from 65" that we released to 3 nice fish from 84" to 88" that ate the dart in the last 4 trips. The last two trips Tuesday and yesterday saw 10 bites from giant tuna with multiple fish fought before boating his 1 fish per day limit each trip. On Wednesday the first fish fought to the boat was under the 73" limit and had to be released to fight another day. The best week of the year so far only saw Monday as a day with no fish boated but they still had bites. But Tuesday with the Leon Elul charter was over before it started with lines in for a few minutes when a double header attacked and the fight was on. One pulled off and one was put in the boat. The rest of the day with the charter was spent chasing yellowfin but that bite was off Tuesday. On Wednesday we had a crew trip out and again saw a bite within minutes of fishing only to have the fish get wrapped in the main line and break off. The next bite also broke off with the leader getting caught in the gill rakes. The third bite was the 65" fish that was released and putting in the time they had a late day double header with one pulling off with a ton of pressure and the other falling to the dart - this one was around 85". They are back at it today with another charter and hopefully get the bites they need. With weather as good as we've seen forecasted for this week the only thing that's going to slow down Capt. Deane - is he has to run up to Long Island to do our NY Seminar this Saturday. But before the Seminar is packed up he'll be back on the road with charters for Sunday-Monday-Tuesday. All you folks who try to chase these giants when they are ghosts off of NJ and NY - they aren't ghosts in NC - they are the real deal. Come on down with your own boat or charter us - we have 2 days left open next week and 4 days the following week. That's it for now so grab a date quick. Cost is $1995 plus tip for the whole boat per day! ********************** Again - ONLY 10 Tickets Left For NY Seminar GET YOUR TICKETS NOW - MUST BUY IN ADVANCE!!!!! Re: Almost Epic NC Giant Tuna Bite - Canyon Runner NY Seminar 10 Tickets Left
And got another today - 98" today - biggest one of the year for us thus far - well over 500#! Back to the dock - unload the fish - drive to Long Island - present at the Seminar and head right back down for charters next week.
Folks - we do have Wednesday and Thursday open next week if you want to crank on one of these fish - $1995 for the boat plus tip - you get 1/3 of the fish money. Either way - we'll be fishing all week if the weather allows with charters all other days.
