11/13/17. Captain Chris Hueth reports that the Big Mohawk had a really good day of Striper Fishing again today. Everyone did well. We had a lot of hook ups and fish landed. It is very important to have a spinning rod an idea how to use it for this type of fishing. Its not fair to yourself or the people around you if you don’t have the right equipment. You must also bring the right size weighted snag hook, and you must be able to move around for this particular kind of fishing. We will be headed out for STRIPERS Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be open boat and depart between 5:30 and 6:am. The boat will be limited to 18 people. We will be fishing for BLACKFISH starting Thursday morning.
