Default A day on the SWEETWATER trout fishing

Got an invite from Steve to fish the Upper Delaware on a float trip with Capt Mike of Sweetwater Guide service.
Made our way far north to start the day.
Scenary was awesome, can only get better the next few weeks, as the fall colors come in.

Fishing was pretty steady for both wild Rainbows, and browns with most of the fish being in the 18-20 inch range.
super fights on light tackle, with alot of aerial leaps as the wild trout put up quite a show.
Had some walleye as well as smallmouth to fill in during the time between riffs.

Def a fun day in a very quite relaxing spot

Mike's a great guy, glad he put you on some fish. My dad and I will be doing a trip with him this weekend, glad to see the fish are biting!

Nice Brown Wilson ,
heard you guys as well as Lard were scheduled.
Threw a PM for a few of those fish, so better bring another lure next trip.

Was another good day up there, But still waiting on one of those 24" fish to hit my line.
I did have one beast mouth a PM TWICE in sight, and just grab the feathers both times

Awesome fishing and a nice looking trip. Does he have a web site I could check out. Looks like it would be a heck of a lot of fun. Thanks

Nice trip!

I'll be canoeing the river on a two day sleepover 10/10. Save some for me Wilson and Andy. Smallies should have their feedbag on I hope!
