Default Echo Lake (UC)

Had a little time after work yesterday and figured I'd see if any breeders were left in Echo Lake. Only a few guys there when I showed up but none had any luck.

Fishing was slow but there was a lot of surface action that kept me from leaving. Finally landed a small 10-11in stockie that was released and a small but fat sunny with gorgeous color.

Wish I fly fished or had a top water crank with me with all the surface action. Stopped at a few spots on the rahway on my way home and couldn't get a bite but saw the occasional splash up top.
