Prowler5 - Dec. 1 - Weekend Tog Report
Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. Saturday's tog fishing we had a group of 11 with rental rods. It was really hard to catch them for those guys. I only had 3 or 4 tog fishermen on the boat that day that knew how to catch them. High hook was four keepers. Sat. was a slow fishing day. The good news is that I had very good tog fishing on Sun. and Mon.'s trips. Sunday's trip I had 17 guys and they were all sharpies and they caught em. Monday's trip I had a couple of limits and my deckhand Marko boated a beautiful 12 lb. tog on a green crab and released it back into the ocean to swim another day. Green crabs are still working really well right now. We did not sail Tues. or Wed. with the rain and we wanted to let the ocean settle down today (Thurs.) But we have great conditions for tomorrow (Fri.), Sat. and Sun. right now. So we're looking forward to getting back out on the grounds. Here's just a few pics that I snapped from the last few trips. Also, there are no more 3:30 to 9:00 bass trips. We're all finished with those. We have some regulars coming down for tomorrow's trip (Fri.) Marko and I will see you tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. for coffee. Heated cabin, heated handrails. 7:30 to 2:30-3:00. Thx., Capt. Scott
