Amendments proposed to Atlantic fishery plans

The National Marine Fisheries Service proposes a series of amendments to Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico fishery management plans that would allow closure of snapper fisheries and reduction in the recreational dolphin quota: http://www.examiner.com/article/more...hery-amendment
