Wednesday-Thursday overnighter report

We had one more productive overnighter last night with 2 jumbo big eyes one on a jig one on bait we had a shot at third but the hook pooled plus a bunch of 60-80lb yft and a long fin back at the dock early. Will post pictures after we clean the fish

We going to go back out this afternoon at 4 pm got spots available call to join us while the bite is hot

Thanks Denis for an awesome trip. The first bigeye on the jig was landed with a diawa saltist 40, by the time the fish was landed the reel started to fall apart. We decided to head in early boxed filled.

I didnt jig it but it was definitally teamwork getting that fishin in with a diawa saltist 40 that was falling apart. By the time it was over the plastic gimble on the rod was smooth and there was no handle knob on the reel. Definitly not the right gear for that fish but it worked
