Question Re: Good place for dropping in a boat?

Well.... Some more info can help fine tune your question.
First off, where are you located? How far do you want to travel, what do you want to fish for, any type of motor on that boat? Have you looked at the maps for lakes/rivers in the state of New Jersey yet ? You have fished before right? What time are you looking to go - day,night,either...? Bait or lure? What tackle do you have already to go out- these questions can take a lot of guesswork out and get a quicker answer tailored to your question a bit better.

I'm located in martinsville, got two trolling motors on my boat. Yes I have fished plenty of times. Couple weeks ago I went down the canal in a smaller boat and got some lmb and pikeral. I'm looking to catch anything that will bite hahaha. But we do usually go for bass, we would love to get pike or musky also. We were planning on doing a catfish outing too. Either day or night. Lots of lures and such, when we need bait we get bait. Over 50 rods and reels fresh water and salt.

Try Budd lake, Spruce run, Merrill creek, Monksville, Greenwood lake and lake Hopatcong just to name a few. I hear there may be some fish in these bodies of water. Go to the Fish & Game site and click on places to fish, the opportunities are endless. Good luck out there and don't forget to report back to us.

I will definately report back if we have good luck. I only ask about places to drop in a boat because I wasn't sure what places have boat ramps to drop in on. Thanks for the advice so far.
