It was a beautiful day on the water. Chad started breaking clams heavy and we had the bite going almost immediately. There was never an insane bite, but a pick with a couple on at a time. There were plenty of bites with lots of swings and misses. We saw alot of 16"-20" fish which bodes well for the future. There are some fresh bigger fish showing up as well. We had quite a few fish between 15-20 lbs and I got lucky to bag a nice 25 lb fish that had me well into my backing with a screeching initial run in the shallow water. We played catch and release and then headed home early. Chad and Jay did their usual great job.
