possible lakes for kayak fishing

Hey guys, Just looking over some of the regs. on lakes and res. in NJ a little confused on possible kayak waters.

Wanted to bring my kayak out for trout on

1.Round valley Res
2.Merrill creek res.
3. Lake Aeroflex
3.Spruce Run Res


I just got a down rigger for the yak and would like to try it for some trout especially at round valley and Merrill Creek.
Anyone have any info greatly appreciated.

you could use your kayak in all those lakes you listed....only the newark water sheds do not allow kayaks (which is a crock of crap!)
