Zubach's Ramp Wash down

Hi,

Visited Zubach's ramp for convenience launch location- still baffled why the have no wash down hose.

They had one there three years ago. And a rampside dumpster to empty trash.

Not sure why. They have an attendant there. Pretty hard to do steal a beat up hose with someone staring at you.

So why???? It would be a great convenience.
