PROWLER5 - April 15th - BLACKFISH, COD AND LING REPORT

We were out today. The ocean was flat calm. Good anchoring conditions. We made six or seven drops today. We had a little bit of a decent blackfish bite with keepers and shorts. We had a couple of codfish and saw a few ling. But we had a full moon tideline that came through and pretty much shut the fishing down. Dave Brink of Middletown had a nice blackfish, Big Joe had a nice one and Big Al was high hook with two keeper tog today. We fished with crabs and clams again today. Our next schedule trip will be Thurs., April 21st. We have some of the good regulars coming back on that day so I'm sure we'll be fishing. It looks like next Friday, Saturday and Sunday look good. No reservations needed.
