Woody Wax
Well I know it's expensive and works great on boat decks, but if you have a garage door that gets tacky it last 6 months. WD40 and another things are short lived but Woody holds up for a long time!!!

Sure does work well and very easy to apply. I use it on non the skid deck and the aluminum tower supports.
