Walked the river banks in Piscataway at Johnson Park and loaded up. Saw at least 30 or so slightly dissolved into a gooey glob, dismantled one shrine.
Went back to Robert St. with the snorkel mask and double checked the other car in the river and the industrial sized lawnmower, won't be pulled out till after labor Day according to Somerset County Parks Dept.
Water is nice and clean, baitfish everywhere.

13:1E-99.3 Penalties for littering 8. a. A person who throws, drops, discards or otherwise places any litter of any nature upon public or private property other than in a litter receptacle commits a petty disorderly persons offense, and notwithstanding the provisions of N.J.S.2C:43-3 to the contrary, for every such offense shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500.
