Haven't posted in a while because the bass fishing has been crap!

Thursday we were greeted by 0 visibility from the Navesink river all the way across the bay. We netted bait and ran north chunking. Marked fish but only went 2 for 4 on bass with only one small keeper.

Friday we fished the King Of The Consultants tournament and chunked off of Brooklyn with only dogfish. Made a move and caught a few blues for the crew but no bass to weigh in for the tournament. Congrats to Fish Stix for the win.

Sunday we changed things up due to the frustrating bass fishing and we fluke fished the Navesink... Had a few shorts and one keeper.

Hopefully the weather and fishing starts to cooperate soon.
