MUSHIN Canyon! Tuna Mahi Swordfish Sharks!

[Mushin Sportfishing]

MUSHIN canyon over night 10/15-16 trip. We hosted Pat Allocco and crew! Started out on the troll going 1 for 4 on long fin tuna and had a couple other bites here and there from skipjack. Set up on the chunk landed a nice swordfish in the first 20 minutes. As we were dealing with the swordy a school of xl yellowfins started swimming in our slick. No time for baits. Sent down the jigs and landed two quickly and then they were gone. A little time later we hooked another long fin on a jig and broke the leader. As the night went on we chunked 3 nice mahis. Not too long after that we chunked two more keeper size yellowfins. We also had a mix of blue sharks in between. Chunked into the morning with no other action. Trolled for the rest of the morning with a couple of skipjack and headed back to the barn ! Thanks again guys Great time fishing together!

MUSHIN - we had a great crew aboard for a over night deep sea fishing adventure ! ... and that's what we did. We went fishing. We fished hard and it just wasn't our day! We zigged when we should've zagged! We went 1 for 3 on yellowfin. We had a dozen or so Mahi some skippies and blue sharks at night. We gave it hell and just didn't get the bites we were looking for! Had a ton of laughs and some tight lines thanks again guys!
