20" pickerel on 2 lb test line pic

Caught and released from the Millstone River yesterday evening with no leader. Lucky for me that it didn't bite off my lure or snap my line. Recently respooled with new Berkley Vanish. Nice battle but not as good as a carp.

Wow that's not an easy thing to pull off...lady luck was on your side for sure. No offense dude just that those teeth is sharp. Knowing how to play them definitely helps to your favor but when they go ballistic there is nothing you can do. Nice catch.
