Default FISHERMEN/Weekend Report....

Been tough fishing to say the least the past few days. Worked our way into the Ocean everyday....Fished offshore, inshore, every were we have been catching Fluke, to no avail. A few keepers and some shorts in most area's but not enough to stay in any one place to put a catch together. Had a nasty roll everyday. Today we had to retreat to the Back Bay as the Ocean was ugly once again! With the wind hard NW and with the incoming tide it was the only place we could fish. Only a handful of keepers and some shorts for the effort.

Will give it hell once again tomorrow....Weather looks great all week, still looking for one to top the 9.6 Pool Leader, not many chances left!

Capt. Ron

Hey Capt Ron....... I feel your pain...... was out in all the same places yesterday from 6AM to 1:30 PM ... in our 17'8" Carolina Skiff...... Ocean was fishable for first 2-3 hours ...... then the wind and tide was just too much .. and the inside was even worse....

Lots of effort for about 25 sear robins, two cocktail blues and 3 very shorts.....

With only a few weeks left I am hoping for at least 1 more solid shot at some flatties....
