Big Jamaica 8-12 Report

Fishing was excellent today. We had loads of mackerel, sea bass, Pollock, & a keeper Tog.
If did not take long to get the fish going today. At first they bit on jigs and teasers, and then bait was more productive.
We saw many fish swimming in the slick, eating the chum and taking the baits. We even had a couple Pollock come right up in the chum slick and take the bait.
Anglers that droped to the bottom picked at Sea bass at times.
Everyone caught plenty of fish, and we had beautiful weather once again.
The pool winner was:
Steve Kirckhahn from Browns Mills NJ with a 6LB Pollock.
The big Jamaica is sailing at 7:30 a.m. every day this week for Bluefish, Mackerel, Sea Bass, ling, and Fluke.
NIGHT trips sail for Blue Fish on FRIDAY, and SATURDAY nights at 7:30 p.m. this week
Afternoon Family fun trips for fluke and sea bass will sail Sunday through Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. till 8:30.
We had a lot of action on our last Family Fun trip with fluke and sea bass.
Fishing and Fireworks trips sail Thursday at 5PM.
