Default bluefin report

mid range troll trip on RR with Cfish4, capt Dennis found us an over and under bfts, 85~ and 50lb . we had a couple nice bonitos in the mix as well/ and the area had some monster bluefish around. we saw 1 free swimming smallish mako. conditions were not great in a confused swell but the water was lifey.. as a previous report said , we also noticed our over fish was a nice greasy/buttery fish steaked out. was nice 4th of july trip..hopefully we get clean water on the bluefin spots through the summer. gd luck out there

Thanks for sharing the good report there. Good to hear life is getting better. Nice job to Capt Denis putting you on the targeted species..

Nice report and pics. Now I'm hungry!!!

What's the reason for the greasy/buttery texture of the meat?
