Reel Class Monday 6/27 Slooow Flukin' Again

Ran an open trip yesterday (6-27) with some regulars.

Ran right back to where we started Sunday morning and had decent life right away with quite a few shorts and 3 keepers on the first 2 drifts. The next couple of drifts were more shorts, but thereafter the south wind picked up a tick and it slowed things. Bounced around the area for awhile and didn't find much.

We then took a ride inshore, to a different area and found lots of short life as the S wind kicked up even more, as well as one more keeper.

By 1PM 12 oz. wasn't holding so the guys threw in the towel. ~30 shorts and only 4 keepers to 20" was all we could muster for the day. Tough one!
