![]() i went back to the rockaway river in boonton after work today.they finished removing the log jam by the trestle, they did a great job getting the trees out.i fished from the trestle to the packard building.i got 2 smallmouths 8 and 10",a creek chub 7" and a red belly sunfish.the red bellys are on their beds now. i think that the super storms had a huge impact on the smallmouth.i caught more and bigger bass before the storms.some of the holes i used to fish are gone, its a whole differnt river now.
