Wednesday with Johnny tomatoes

My buddy Johnny tomatoes got back from wintering in Florida. Being that it was his birthday today I got him and his brother to go out for some blues. We got a late start headed to Atlantic highlands B&T for our bait and launched around noon. Got to our spot and I realized I left the bluefish hooks in the truck. Had some circle hooks on the boat and 40 pound floro. Needless to say we fought many blues for 30 seconds before getting bitten off. We were lucky enough to land a few. Regardless, had a great time fishing with great people. Stayed out all afternoon, next time musn't forget the proper tackle!

Great to see Johnny again!! Be out again over the weekend.
