Default Big mohawk

February 28, 2016

the blackfish season ended with a bang today. A very rarly

mention names on our sight, but in this particular case, i am

going to make an exception. I would like to congradulate

howard dicicco with a 22lb 13oz blackfish. I would also like

say congrats to captian steve spenelli for putting him on it!

Howard has fished on the big mohawk several times in the past, and

is no stranger to catching the big ones! Thank you all for coming

out with us this blackfish season. We saw a lot of nice fish and we

look to pick up april 1 right off the bat. Check out the big one on our

facebook page.

Congrats to being a member of a very select group of anglers to make the 20 pound club. Very impressive especially being caught in our backyard

I wish he wasn't holding it out so far, you lose perspective - but still a true behemoth

If the angler who caught that beauty is still here what kind of rig and rod did you use, also white crab? whole? We love this stuff. I know there is a 30 pounder down there right of the church, lol.
