Thumbs up Sunday "WALLEYE" Funday!!! 12/6

Got to the grounds fairly early today to fish with an All-Star cast. Myself and Dale were on my vessel. The Green Hornet captained by Mikey Topaz had JimmytheGreek and SkunkCity. What a crew out there today! We put our time in and everybody caught fish, for this I am thankful! It was great to be out there with a few of the boyz from NJF today. Reminds me of the long nights on certain lakes in the spring and the long cold days on the ice. Ball busting, good times and some fish to boot with great friends. Glad we all got out there together without schedules being a problem for a change.

It was a steady pick most of the day with the evening being the slowest part of the day which is quite abnormal for this kind of fishing. Can't complain though. I managed to bag 9 Walleye today with 5 being keepers and 4 being shorts. Fish were feisty and putting up a great battle on this beautiful December day. The 5 Keepers went 25, 24 1/2, 21 1/2 with 2 tasty 18 inchers to start the beatdown. The 25 pulled out some drag and didn't come up too easy but I got her ass in eventually. All in all a great day with AWESOME ANGLERS. Big thanx to the uncle I never had, GetAnet, for joining me on this adventure. It was a fun day on the water. Dale put 1 in the boat getting us to that double digit Walleye mark for the day. Good times=persistance=FISH!!!

TIGHT LINEZ TO ALL!!!

18 inchers………….

21 1/2 incher……….

24 1/2 incher……….

25 incher……….

GetAnet!!!!!!!!!

LMAO!!! I didn't catch much, one to break the skunk but was an incredible day out for December.
Learned quite a lot today by not having the right rod with me. Found it very difficult to maintain bottom contact to stay in the "ZONE"
Capt Edward was in the "ZONE" all day landing several fish for me to take those beautiful pics of...
NjF Boyz Rocked the River Today!!!!
Everybody was catching so the day went quick but I enjoyed every second of it and am lookin forward to getting back up there and get some revenge on those eyes!

Solid outing guys. Eddie is the walleye whisperer! I'm jealous of your day on the water! Way to get 'em...

LONG day on the water with the crew, cold and foggy in the morning, sunny and warm in the afternoon! Eddie definitely had the hot hand, but Jimmy, Mikey and I worked hard for our fish and managed a few on deep jigs, blades and swimbaits. Water temps were in the low 40's.
