![]() The Gambler had decent fishing on slot sized stripers, keeper stripers and a few blue fish the last couple days.
The fish are spread for miles under birds. Not always easy to catch --you have to work at it. The fish are feeding on peanut bunker, herring, rain fish and spearing. We didn't have to be right on top of the bird action to mark fish on the machine. The best lures are 3 to 5oz spoons, 2 to 4oz AVA lures and Storm shads. Should be good tomorrow and the weather looks great. And don't let the small chance of rain keep you home on Saturday.
