The fronts of those jetty`s are scary to say the least. There have been countless fisherman who have broken their ass out there. Use extreme caution and wear korkers.

He's lucky the conditions were pleasant too! That jetty can take a beating during sporty winds. My grandpa fell between rocks on a jetty off spring back back in the 70s, he was trapped and alone in the middle of the night and before cell phones of course. Luckily another fisherman found him a few hours later, he has broken his leg and multiple ribs. Needless to say I've always had my corkers on and 100% prepared and careful. Jetty at night is no joke.
