Default Fly roddin' for anything,,,

Didn't feel like bushwhacking for fish so I decided fly fishing near home would be relaxing way to fish today. Hit a small pond am and midday hit a river. Caught a bunch of 'seeds and 6 decent bass up to 15" at the pond. Later hit the Paulinskill and caught a good variety there of largemouth, smallmouth and rock bass plus bluegills and redbreast sunfish. Not much size to the smallies but there were tons of them in the 6 to 10" range. Always love topwater action and panfish poppers worked great today

River was REAL low. Could see every rock and fish. Amazing how many fish they are when you look closely. One log had like 50 fish around it.

I've run into those schools of smallish bronzebacks while trout fishing and they're too much fun to leave haha
