![]() This is crazy...and part of me thinks he did it on purpose. If you watch the very beginning its like he waits for the turtle to grab it. Kind of a douche thing to do.

![]() I agree with you buzzbaiter. Whenever I have a fish, I always bring it in quickly. Have had a couple big ones break free at the last moment. I have seen some big snapping turtles along the Rockaway River in the Wharton/Dover area, and I think they do just fine without fishermen feeding them.
Maybe he caught it in a place like Maine where anglers are required to kill the pike they catch. |

![]() Not to hijack your post, buzzbaiter, but I had a misadventure with a snapping turtle the other day, that I managed to record on camera. Just shows how they'll pretty much eat anything they can catch. Luckily I was able to get some help, or I might still be trying to unhook it without getting my fingers bitten off!
